Morrin McManus is the HR Manager at MAM Gruppe, responsible for the people operations that underpin a fast-growing specialist recruitment business with offices in London, Munich and Dubai.

Morrin's remit spans the full employee lifecycle. She owns the onboarding and induction process for new starters across all three offices, ensuring that people joining MAM Gruppe get the grounding they need to perform from day one. Performance management is a core part of her role, working with managers and the leadership team to build a culture where feedback is constructive, expectations are clear and high performance is recognised and rewarded.

On the compliance side, Morrin oversees HR compliance and employment law obligations across MAM Gruppe's international structure, which spans UK, German and UAE employment frameworks. Managing HR across three different legal jurisdictions requires a working understanding of each, and Morrin ensures the business stays on the right side of its obligations in all three markets.

Culture and engagement are areas Morrin takes seriously. MAM Gruppe is a business built on performance, but the best performance comes from teams that feel invested in where they work. Morrin leads the initiatives that keep culture intentional rather than accidental, from team engagement programmes through to the values and behaviours that define how the business operates day to day.

Working closely with Jamie Sevenoaks and the Managing Directors, Morrin is part of the operational leadership that keeps MAM Gruppe functioning at the standard its clients and candidates expect.
