Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of security professionals, fostering a security-first culture throughout the organisation.
  • Own the strategic direction for security architecture, keeping it aligned with broader business and technology goals.
  • Define metrics to measure security effectiveness and use them to identify and prioritise improvements.
  • Oversee security-relevant initiatives, ensuring architectural standards are upheld and gaps are addressed.
  • Design and maintain security processes, ensuring security is factored into technology delivery from the start.
  • Serve as a key advisor on information security matters, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build and lead an internal security community, promoting knowledge sharing and embedding security practices within delivery teams.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading international teams in large, complex organisations.
  • Strong background in cloud security, IT security architecture, and relevant controls.
  • Solid knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 and COBIT, with hands-on policy and process development experience.
  • Agile mindset; comfortable working independently under a high workload.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus or willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their security implications.
