As Senior Tax Compliance Manager, you’ll oversee tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, guiding a high-performing team and advising senior leadership on international tax strategy. • Develop and implement cross-border tax compliance strategies that align with international standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, reports, and documentation across global jurisdictions.

• Advise executives on complex tax matters, risks, and upcoming regulatory changes.
• Enhance internal controls, reporting systems, and compliance frameworks for greater efficiency.
• Oversee tax audits and manage communication with tax authorities.
• Stay ahead of evolving legislation, ensuring proactive readiness at all times.

What you bring

You’re an expert in your craft, but also a mentor, strategist, and trusted advisor.
• Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting, or Law, plus a professional qualification (e.g. Steuerberater, CPA, CTA).
• 8+ years of experience in international tax compliance, ideally within real estate, asset management, or a multinational group.
• Strong understanding of German and international tax frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-country compliance processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Confident using tax software and Microsoft Office tools.
