SAP - Head of AMS - Baden-Wuertemberg Are you looking for a new SAP leadership role? A well-established, globally recognised business is building a brand-new department from the ground up - Application Management Services - and they need someone to lead it. This is a genuine build role. You'll define the target operating model, establish the team (growing to 15–20 people globally), and own the transition from project-driven structures to a stable, scalable run organisation. SAP is the initial focus, with S/4HANA projects planned until 2031 - but the scope expands to wider business applications over time. In short, you'd be responsible for: Steering up the AMS function end-to-end Leading a global team and steering external service providers Owning incident, problem, change and release processes Driving the build-to-run transition and knowledge transfer Representing AMS to senior management and key stakeholders The right profile: Degree in Computer Science or Business IT, solid background in Application Management SAP Operations, and proven experience building or shaping organisational units. SAP HCM Consultant  Location: Hamburg / Hybrid Our client is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to support the delivery, optimisation and transformation of SAP HR solutions across a variety of client environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex SAP projects while collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver SAP HCM consulting and implementation projects. Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HR solutions. Support system enhancements, process optimisation and transformation initiatives. Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to solution design, project delivery and stakeholder management activities. Support business development and the expansion of SAP consulting capabilities. Your Profile: Experience within SAP HCM consulting environments. Strong understanding of SAP HR processes and related business requirements.
