Regulatory Outsourcing Director Location: Frankfurt, Germany - Hybrid A role that inspires you You will play a central role in shaping and maintaining regulatory compliance and governance for outsourcing activities across a leading international organisation. In this strategic position, you will ensure that outsourcing arrangements are managed effectively, risks are mitigated, and regulatory requirements are met — all while enabling business efficiency and operational excellence. What you’ll be doing You will: • Develop, implement, and continuously improve outsourcing management and control processes. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of outsourcing arrangements and any sub-outsourcing activities. • Advise business units on regulatory and internal outsourcing requirements. • Coordinate and review outsourcing risk analyses and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place. • Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring that regulatory clauses are appropriately included. • Support optimisation of contract management and oversight of service providers. • Prepare and maintain outsourcing risk reports, monitoring concentration risks and compliance. • Assess the materiality and suitability of planned outsourcing activities. Your expertise will directly influence how the organisation manages outsourcing risks, ensuring compliance while supporting operational effectiveness. What you bring You are an experienced professional in regulatory compliance and outsourcing governance: • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in outsourcing governance, regulatory compliance, or risk management. • Strong understanding of outsourcing regulations and contractual frameworks (SLAs, KPIs). • Experience in IT service management is an advantage. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
