You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver pragmatic legal solutions that enable innovation while managing risk. Key Responsibilities Advise internal teams on IT law, digitalisation, and related regulatory issues. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external IT and cloud service providers. Ensure compliance with data protection and outsourcing regulations. Support projects on digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies. Develop practical, business-oriented legal solutions that align with company strategy. Requirements Fully qualified lawyer with relevant experience or strong interest in IT law. Commercially minded, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Skilled negotiator with the confidence to advise stakeholders at all levels.
