This role involves advising on commercial and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and working closely with internal stakeholders to manage risk and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including construction agreements and distribution/channel terms. Provide legal advice on antitrust and competition regulations in distribution and channel partnerships. Develop and maintain contract templates and legal policies.
