(Senior) Corporate Compliance Manager  The Opportunity If you've spent your career executing compliance frameworks that someone else designed, this role gives you the pen. You'll sit at the methodological core of the Integrity function, shaping and governing the group-wide compliance management system rather than simply operating within it. You'll set the standards, frameworks and policy that the rest of the organisation works to, across its core compliance risk areas. The Role Define and maintain group-wide minimum standards for core compliance topics, including anti-bribery and corruption, supply chain due diligence, and antitrust law Design, implement, and continuously improve the compliance management system architecture in line with IDW PS 980 and other applicable international standards Own and govern the group's compliance policy framework, including the Code of Conduct, CMS policy, and supplementary compliance policies Act as the methodological centre of excellence within the Integrity function, providing structured frameworks, tools, and implementation guidance Define and maintain a structured compliance integration framework for mergers and acquisitions Consolidate and analyse group-level risk assessment results and prepare structured reporting for senior leadership and the Compliance Committee Act as a visible role model for integrity, supporting senior management in anchoring a speak-up culture and a zero-tolerance stance on misconduct The Company You'll be joining a global, multinational organisation with an established Integrity function and the scale to make a group-wide compliance framework genuinely matter, not just a policy document that sits on a shelf. Senior Compliance Officer The Opportunity A fast-growing, regulated business operating across Europe is expanding into the German market and building out its compliance function to support that entry. This role carries a mandate to help establish how compliance operates in-market, rather than maintain an existing setup, with direct involvement in how the business engages with the regulator from the outset. The Role Own operational compliance across the German entity, keeping activity aligned with regulatory expectations. Advise on product governance, vulnerable customer policy, conflicts of interest, outsourcing, and conduct risk for current and upcoming products. Lead the review process for marketing and promotional material, ensuring it clears regulatory standards before release. Drive compliance projects end to end, working cross-functionally to meet agreed deadlines. Maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed in practice, not just documented. Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing practical, tailored compliance guidance. Work alongside the Legal team on regulatory interactions, including the relationship with the German regulator. What You'll Need At least five years' experience in a compliance role within a regulated financial services firm, including senior-level responsibilities. Compliance Manager The Opportunity This role offers broad exposure to compliance in a growing, regulated business. You'll take ownership of core control activities, act as a trusted advisor across departments, contribute to major regulatory initiatives, and help shape how technology supports the compliance function going forward. The Role Manage and continuously develop the organisation's internal control and compliance framework, including regular checks across risk, anti-money laundering, and data protection, keeping everything aligned with current requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for other teams on compliance matters, and design and deliver internal training sessions. Lead compliance workstreams connected to wider regulatory change and resilience planning, working in close coordination with technical colleagues. Play a hands-on role in developing compliance tools and AI-supported workflows that reduce manual work, with direct support from engineering. What You'll Need Two to three or more years of relevant compliance experience, ideally in a regulated environment. A completed degree in law (strongly preferred), economics, or a related field. Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks is an advantage. Strong ability to quickly grasp complex issues and turn them into clear, practical recommendations. Confidence reading and working with regulatory material in German; English is the working language, so full German fluency is not required. (Senior) Manager Risk Management The Opportunity Most risk management roles keep you reporting on risks other people have already decided how to handle. This one puts you in charge of the framework itself. You'd shape how an internationally operating industrial group identifies, assesses and manages risk at group level, with a direct line into senior stakeholders across the business. The Role You'd take ownership of developing and enhancing the group's integrated risk management system, making sure risks are caught early and assessed strategically rather than after the fact. Part of the brief is keeping the group's risk-bearing capacity aligned with both business targets and regulatory demands, including newer requirements like CSRD, ESG reporting and the EU taxonomy. You'd set up and run a group-wide risk committee, from content and agenda through to following up on actions, and act as the go-to contact for functions including Internal Audit, Compliance, HSEQ, IT and Legal on anything risk-related. External risk reporting for the annual financial statement also sits with you.
