As a (Senior) Consultant in OT Security, you will advise global brands on securing their production environments, combining innovation with resilience. What you will be doing

  • Advise leading manufacturers on industrial cybersecurity and operational resilience.
  • Coach clients on securing their production and manufacturing environments, including automotive and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Address both organisational and technical aspects of OT security such as governance, process design, risk mitigation and system protection.
  • Take ownership of project modules, design your own workstreams and expand your technical and consulting expertise.
  • Lead projects or sub-projects, manage stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to thought leadership on emerging OT and ICS security trends.

Your insight will help global organisations modernise safely and protect the systems that power industries and everyday life.

What you bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of project experience in OT security, industrial cybersecurity, ICS/SCADA security or consulting roles within critical infrastructure.
  • Understanding of industrial control systems, risk management and digital transformation.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken.
  • Hands-on mentality, open mindset and genuine passion for technology and teamwork.
