Senior Legal Counsel Location: Dusseldorf Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal and compliance support for their operations across the DACH region. This role involves advising on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, working closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and support negotiations of contracts, including industry-standard construction agreements and distribution/channel terms. Provide legal guidance on antitrust and competition regulations in distribution and channel partnerships. Develop and maintain contract templates and legal policies.
