Teamlead Software Development | Remote, Germany Tired of team lead roles where "people leadership" quietly turns into admin work and zero time in the codebase? This one is built differently. You'll lead a team of engineers, sit as an equal alongside the existing team leads, and still spend roughly half your week hands-on with architecture and code.
